CLT Wooden Houses & BSH Beam Structures

Sustainable, modern and energy-efficient homes with cross-laminated timber technology

Why choose CLT technology?

CLT is strong yet lightweight, quick to assemble and reduces construction waste. It also provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and offers a beautiful natural look, making it increasingly popular in modern, sustainable architecture.

Eco-friendly

CLT is eco-friendly since it's made from renewable wood and has lower CO₂ emissions during production than traditional materials. Wood naturally stores carbon, helping to combat climate change.

Modern Design

CLT enables modern, open floor plans that maximize natural light and spatial experience. The warmth and beauty of wood create a unique atmosphere.

Energy Efficient

Thanks to its excellent thermal properties, CLT reduces energy consumption and heating costs.

Durable & Safe

CLT panels are durable and safe: the natural strength and elasticity of wood contribute to stability and resilience.

What is CLT technology?

Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is a modern building method where multiple layers of wood are glued together at right angles. This makes the material strong and stable, suitable for walls, floors and roofs. Panels can be prefabricated, speeding up construction and improving accuracy. As a renewable material, CLT is an environmentally friendly alternative to concrete or steel and creates comfortable interiors with great thermal and acoustic performance.

CLT panels are typically made of 3 or 5 layers. The layers run perpendicular and are pressed into large blocks. Vertical layers provide load-bearing capacity, while horizontal layers add longitudinal stiffness.

From contract signing, the panel house can be completed within 60 days and be turn-key within 50 days after that.

What is a BSH beam structure?

BSH (glued laminated timber) is a modern, engineered wood solution designed for high load-bearing structures. BSH beams are made from cross-laminated wood to ensure stability and durability.

BSH beams are suitable for walls, floors and roofs. Prefabrication enables faster and more precise construction. Being a renewable wood product, BSH is an eco-friendly alternative to concrete or steel and provides excellent thermal and acoustic comfort. It's increasingly popular in Europe as a climate-friendly solution.

Build Process

Learn in detail how a CLT wooden house is built from planning to handover.

Step 01

Design & Planning

The first step is detailed planning tailored to CLT technology. Panel sizes, placement and functional layout are defined here.

Step 02

Manufacturing CLT panels

Based on the approved plans, the timber is layered and precisely manufactured. Panels arrive on site with pre-cut openings and connections.

Step 03

Foundation & Preparation

A stable foundation is essential. First, footings and waterproofing are completed to ensure durability and long service life.

Step 04

Assembly & Construction

Prefabricated panels are lifted into place by crane and fixed quickly and accurately—typically much faster than traditional methods.

Step 05

Finishing Works

After the structural shell is complete, interior works follow: insulation, electrical, finishes and painting. Wood’s natural beauty often remains as interior cladding.

Step 06

Handover & Warranty

After completion, the building is handed over and warranty is provided for the structure and installed materials. CLT buildings are long-lasting and easy to maintain.
